Mr Farthing and Vespa have swimming trunks ( on the chair ) to go to the seaside, because they are available in Flair “A day at the seaside” set ( and in Epoch “Spiaggia” set from the 2012 Italian catalogue ). The suites that they’re wearing in this picture have been purchased separately. Mrs Farthing and the Baby Boy on the right are in “Cycling with mother” set ( and in Epoch “Mamma Cane + Bebe con bici” set from the 2012 Italian catalogue ). Kelly, the girl, is in the Flair “Applewood Cottage”. Baby student is sold with three baby dogs of 2005 Flair “Nursery Students Set”, below. These kind of Sylvanian Families dogs were released for the first time in Japan in 1987 within the “Urban Life Series”, very appreciated by collectors. They call this first unique version “Maroon Dogs”. |

Bella has a nice swimsuit, that’s on the chair. In this picture she’s wearing a dress from the Italian version of Epoch “Sylvanian Families Country Market”. Baby student is sold in three baby dogs Flair “Nursery Students Set” ( picture above in this page, under the Farthing Dogs ). Mr. Patches, not in the picture, is available in Flair “Beauty Salon with Hairdresser”. A sitting Baby in yellow was recently released in U.S. by International Palythings within the “Calico Critters Baby Playground Teacup Ride” set ( picture above in this page ). These kind of Sylvanian Families dogs were released for the first time in Japan in 1987 within the “Urban Life Series”, very appreciated by collectors. They call this first unique version “Ivory Dogs”.
